CSR - Not Yet Licensed

Location: Chardon Square, Hybrid or Remote. (In office is preferred.)
We have an ‘open office environment’ on the Square with plenty of windows.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role
Entry level position. We’re seeking a personable, tech-savvy professional who values relationships
and thrives in a client-focused environment. Insurance is a unique field, so prior experience is highly valued—but if you have the drive to learn and grow, we’ll help you become a knowledgeable
insurance expert.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Insurance experience not required.
• Education: College is acceptable but not essential; strong high school education is equally
  valued.
• Skills:
  • Outgoing personality, professionally persuasive.
  • Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with modern tools and systems)
  • Excellent verbal communication (we prefer talkers over texters!)
  • CPM Collaborate, Problem Solve, Mix.
• Duties:
  • Un-Licensed Service Associate
  • Client facing role.
  • Handling premium changes, billing issues, process policy changes, proofs of insurance.
  • Receptionist, office assistant, EZ Lynx rater, Epic AMS data entry.
• Personality: Kind, nice, polite - someone who smiles when they talk.
• Qualities:
  •  Desire to become a licensed account manager.
  • Commitment to integrity, teamwork, professionalism and family.

Income:

• Unlimited earning potential. Competitive base + performance bonuses—your success drives your income
• Health Insurance: None. Sorry.
• Pay basis: Starting wage $17-$20 for inexperienced non-licensed
• $18 - $25 for licensed CSR. + Bonus.
